Except for licensed third-party materials, all content created by ProjectSupply (designs, content, code, concepts) remains the intellectual property of ProjectSupply until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, you are granted usage rights as outlined in your service agreement.

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission

• Use our materials beyond the scope of the grant

We handle all client information with confidentiality. Similarly, by using our services, you agree not to disclose any confidential information without consent.

ProjectSupply is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services.

Our total liability to you for any claim related to the services is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific services under dispute.
