Who can apply for the STEP Program?
STEP is open to designers, strategists, marketers, and builders who want real project exposure. If you have relevant skills and a strong willingness to contribute and learn, you can apply.
Is STEP a full-time job or an internship?
STEP is a 3-month contribution-based experience program. It’s designed to give participants real project exposure and the opportunity to work within the Project Supply ecosystem.
Is the program remote or in-office?
STEP is flexible. Contributors can participate remotely or in a hybrid setup, depending on the nature of the work and project requirements.
Is the STEP Program paid?
Internal ecosystem contributions help you build credibility within the system. Once you start working on client projects, contributors are compensated based on approved project scope and deliverables.
What happens after the program ends?
High-performing contributors may continue working on future client projects, long-term collaborations, or extended opportunities within the Project Supply ecosystem.
